From that point on, we will monitor the construction of your new home and will contact you once your home has been completed to conduct a complete and thorough walk through.

New Home Walkthrough
Homeward Bound takes immense pride in the homes that we develop and our Homeowner walkthroughs are a testament to that fact.
Homeward Bound walkthroughs are completed by one of our professionals from our company along with you, the homebuyer. We will take the time to explain the service and warranty programs at Homeward Bound, while ensuring your home is prepared prior to the closing date. Please allow at least one hour in order to complete your initial walkthrough.
Purchasing a new home will probably be the biggest investment you will make and we, at Homeward Bound will treat it with the utmost care and respect it deserves.
