Homeward Bound Developments Inc. is an independent , boutique-style company founded by Developer, George Kwong in 2001.

Since then, there have been numerous projects successfully completed by Homeward Bound. These projects include townhouse developments and duplexes. Fifth Estates, Cotton Lane, Georgia Court and Parkside are the names of some of Homeward Bound’s completed projects.

Homeward Bound Development’s goal is to build high-end West Side quality homes in the City’s most interesting and affordable neighborhoods.
